Contains the products to follow the home protocol of the dermamelan® professional method and complete the depigmenting action for removing and/or reducing spots of melanic origin: Dermamelan, melan recovery and melan 130 pigment control.

1. Dermamelan Treatment

Dermamelan is a topical anti-spot cream for home use. It contains an exclusive combination of active substances with proven efficacy, which act on all phases of the hyperpigmentation process totally eliminating existing hyperpigmentation, preventing its reappearance, and also stopping the appearance of new dark spots. It is an all-around effective result.

1. Melan Recovery Cream

An intensive treatment to combat reactive signs of irritation and redness, providing the sensation of instant relief. Reduces skin sensitivity and strengthens the skin’s defenses against external attacks or after medical/aesthetic treatments. Re-balances the skin barrier, providing comfort, elasticity, and smooth skin. The rich texture that is easy to apply and quickly absorbed, providing immediate relief from the feeling of tight skin.

1 Melan 130 Pigment Control SPF

Skin with pigmentation imperfections. Very high factor sun protection with UVB 131 and UVA 67 color. A depigmenting ingredient helps regulate melanin synthesis by reinforcing the preventative anti-spot action. A tinted texture that provides a natural tone and softens imperfections, unifying even the skin tone.

50 ml bottle.

Apply a pea size of Dermamelan treatment cream onto clean, dry skin massaging in gently until absorbed, follow with Melan Recovery and finalize with Melan 130 Pigment Control SPF

Returns

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone from delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products. Health and personal care items that have been opened or used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

XTETIC DERM is not responsible for payment or reimbursement of shipping charges, and original shipping charges will be deducted from the total paid.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
